Despite Fewer Hits, Caledonia Beats Wyoming Wolves Varsity
Wyoming Wolves Varsity fell 5-1 to Caledonia on Wednesday despite out-hitting them five to four.
Caledonia scored three runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught by Caledonia was led by Taylor and #17, all driving in runs in the frame.
#11 was the winning pitcher for Caledonia. He allowed three hits and zero runs over two and a third innings, striking out four and walking zero. Henry and Snider entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
Dylan Holton took the loss for Wyoming Wolves Varsity. He lasted four innings, allowing three hits and four runs while striking out three.
